sourcehut-ssh: 0.5.0 → 0.6.0

Track phoebe-lab/srht/versions.env (SRHT_SSH_VER=0.6.0-r0). 0.6.0 adds
service-specific (deploy) keys: an SSH key not mapped to a user can now
be accepted per-service via the new AcceptKey handler + git.sr.ht's
acceptSSHKey GraphQL query.
